1. 我们是谁
本政策适用于官方 WaveKit 应用（Android 包名 / iOS Bundle ID：com.wavekit.player）以及本网站。
运营方为 Google Play 开发者账号上登记的 WaveKit 开发者。隐私事务请写信至 privacy@wavekitplayer.online。一般支持：support@wavekitplayer.online。
2. 范围
本政策说明我们如何处理你使用官方应用与本网站时的个人信息。不适用于非我们发布的修改版本，也不适用于第三方网站或服务（例如广告商自己的网站）。
WaveKit 用于搜索歌曲、下载到本机并离线播放。你可以游客使用，也可以用 Google 登录以同步下载记录。
使用应用即表示你已阅读本政策。若不同意，请停止使用并卸载。
3. 本网站
本网站为静态页面，不设置广告 Cookie，亦不向数据经纪商出售浏览记录。
语言偏好保存在你本机浏览器的 localStorage（键名 wavekit-lang），仅用于记住中文或 English。
若你向官方邮箱发送邮件，我们将处理你的邮箱地址与信件内容以便回复。
联系页上的表单仅打开你设备上的邮件应用，不会把内容提交到本网站服务器。
4. 收集的信息
官方应用以包名 com.wavekit.player 识别。我们收集或处理下列信息。

我们不申请相机、麦克风、通讯录、短信、通话记录或精确位置权限。
Google 登录仅请求邮箱与基本资料，用于创建或绑定账号、同步下载。我们不会用 Google 数据来做与登录无关的广告画像出售。
5. 如何使用
- 提供搜索、试听、下载、离线播放与任务状态
- 创建游客或 Google 账号，并在你登录后同步下载记录
- 展示广告并衡量广告效果
- 衡量安装与投放效果（归因）
- 排查故障、保障服务稳定与安全
- 回复你发到官方邮箱的请求，包括删除账号
6. 广告
免费使用时，应用可能展示开屏广告、插屏广告与信息流原生广告。广告由 Google AdMob 提供，并可能通过中介加载其他广告网络，目前包括 Meta Audience Network、Pangle、Unity Ads、AppLovin、Liftoff（Vungle）、Mintegral。
上述方可能使用广告 ID、IP 地址、设备与大致地区信息，用于展示广告、衡量效果与反欺诈。广告可能是个性化的。你可以通过系统设置重置广告 ID，或在 Google 的广告设置中管理广告个性化：https://adssettings.google.com。

7. 分析与归因
我们使用 AppsFlyer 处理安装、登录、搜索、播放、下载与广告相关事件，用于了解投放是否有效、应用是否稳定。AppsFlyer 可能处理设备标识、广告 ID、IP 与事件数据。其政策：https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy/
8. 共享与第三方
我们不会把你的个人信息卖给数据经纪商。为运行服务，我们会与下列处理者共享必要数据：
- Google：登录（Google Sign-In）、AdMob 广告与广告测量
- 广告中介网络（见第 6 节）：在广告被请求或展示时
- AppsFlyer：安装归因与分析
- 云与 CDN 提供商：托管我们的 API（
app.wavekitplayer.online）以及播放/下载文件所在的内容分发地址。下载时，文件从内容提供方或 CDN 传到你的设备，不会作为「你的曲库备份」存进我们的用户文件库
在法律要求、保护用户或服务安全所必需时，我们可能披露信息。发生合并、收购时，数据可能随业务转移，我们会要求接收方继续按本政策保护。
9. 跨境传输
我们的服务器、Google、AppsFlyer 与广告合作方可能位于你所在国家/地区以外（包括美国及其他地区）。你使用本应用，即表示你理解数据可能被传输到这些地区处理。我们仅向提供服务所必需的方传输。
10. 保存期限
- 账号与下载任务记录：在账号存续期间保存；你请求删除后，我们将在核实身份后尽快删除，通常不超过 30 天（法律要求继续保存的除外，例如安全或会计记录）
- 邮件：事项结束后或法律要求的最短期间内保存
- 本机文件与偏好：由你控制；卸载应用一般会清除应用私有存储中的歌曲
- 广告与归因合作方：按其各自政策保存
11. 你的权利与删除账号
在适用法律允许的范围内，你可以请求访问、更正、删除我们持有的与你有关的数据，限制或反对特定处理，或向主管机关投诉。
删除账号：请用你的 Google 邮箱或常用邮箱写信至 privacy@wavekitplayer.online，说明要删除 WaveKit 账号，并写明包名 com.wavekit.player。我们会删除服务器上的账号与关联下载记录。本机已下载的文件请在设备上自行删除或卸载应用。
你也可以在系统设置中重置广告 ID，或卸载应用以停止本机收集。
12. 儿童
本网站与应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不参加 Google Play 的 Designed for Families。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若你认为我们误收集了此类数据，请联系隐私邮箱，我们将尽快删除。
13. 安全
应用与服务器之间使用 HTTPS。账号令牌保存在本机。我们采取合理措施保护数据，但任何互联网传输都无法保证绝对安全。请勿把账号凭证提供给第三方改装包。
14. 出售与共享
我们不以金钱出售你的个人信息。为展示广告与衡量效果，我们会与第 6、7、8 节所述的广告及归因合作方共享广告 ID 与设备/事件信息。在部分司法辖区，这可能被视为「共享」而非「出售」。你可通过重置广告 ID 或 Google 广告设置限制个性化广告。
15. 变更
处理范围发生变化时，我们将更新本页顶部的日期。重大变更时，我们会尽量通过应用或网站提示。继续使用即表示你已知悉更新后的文本。

1. Who we are
This policy applies to the official WaveKit app (Android package / iOS bundle ID: com.wavekit.player) and this website.
The operator is the WaveKit developer listed on the Google Play developer account. Privacy: privacy@wavekitplayer.online. Support: support@wavekitplayer.online.
2. Scope
This policy describes how we process personal data when you use the official app and this website. It does not cover unofficial modifications or third-party sites (for example an advertiser’s own site).
WaveKit lets you search for songs, download them to this phone, and play them offline. You can continue as a guest or sign in with Google to sync downloads.
By using the app you confirm you have read this policy. If you do not agree, stop using it and uninstall.
3. This website
These pages are static. They do not set advertising cookies and do not sell browsing history to data brokers.
Language preference is stored in this browser’s localStorage under wavekit-lang, solely to remember Chinese or English.
If you write to an official address, we process your email address and the contents of the message in order to reply.
The form on the Contact page opens the mail app on your device. It does not submit the message to this website’s server.
4. Information we collect
The official app is identified by com.wavekit.player. We collect or process the following.

We do not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call log, or precise location permission.
Google Sign-In requests email and basic profile only, to create or link an account and sync downloads. We do not sell Google data for unrelated advertising profiles.
5. How we use it
- Provide search, preview, download, offline playback, and job status
- Create a guest or Google account and sync downloads after you sign in
- Show ads and measure ad performance
- Measure installs and campaigns (attribution)
- Debug, keep the service stable, and protect security
- Respond to mail you send us, including account deletion
6. Ads
When you use the app for free, it may show app-open, interstitial, and native ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob and may load other networks through mediation, currently including Meta Audience Network, Pangle, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Liftoff (Vungle), and Mintegral.
Those parties may use Advertising ID, IP address, device, and coarse region data to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Ads may be personalized. You can reset Advertising ID in system settings or manage ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

7. Analytics and attribution
We use AppsFlyer for installs, sign-in, search, play, download, and ad events, so we can see whether campaigns work and whether the app is stable. AppsFlyer may process device identifiers, Advertising ID, IP, and event data. Policy: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy/
8. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. To run the service we share what is needed with:
- Google — Sign-In, AdMob, and ad measurement
- Mediation networks (section 6) — when an ad is requested or shown
- AppsFlyer — install attribution and analytics
- Cloud and CDN providers — host our API (
app.wavekitplayer.online) and the addresses from which audio files are fetched. Downloads go to your device; we do not store your library as a user file backup on our side
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service. If the business is sold or merged, data may transfer, and we will require the recipient to protect it under this policy.
9. International transfers
Our servers, Google, AppsFlyer, and advertising partners may be located outside your country (including the United States and other regions). By using the app you understand that data may be processed in those places. We transfer only what is needed to provide the service.
10. Retention
- Account and download job records: kept while the account exists; after a verified deletion request we delete as soon as practicable, usually within 30 days (unless law requires longer, e.g. security or accounting)
- Email: until the matter ends or for the shortest period required by law
- On-device files and preferences: under your control; uninstalling usually removes songs in app-private storage
- Ads and attribution partners: according to their own policies
11. Your rights and account deletion
Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold, restriction or objection to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Delete your account: write from your Google or usual email to privacy@wavekitplayer.online, ask to delete your WaveKit account, and include package com.wavekit.player. We will delete the server account and related download records. Delete files already on the device yourself, or uninstall.
You can also reset Advertising ID in system settings, or uninstall to stop on-device collection.
12. Children
This website and the app are not directed at children under 13 and do not participate in Designed for Families. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe we collected such data by mistake, write to the privacy address and we will delete it promptly.
13. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Account tokens are stored on the device. We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure. Do not give credentials to unofficial modified builds.
14. Sale and sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. To show ads and measure them, we share Advertising ID and device/event information with the partners in sections 6–8. Some laws treat this as “sharing” rather than a “sale.” You can limit personalized ads by resetting Advertising ID or using Google Ads Settings.
15. Changes
If processing changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will try to notice you in the app or on this site. Continued use means you have seen the updated text.
