搜索、试听与下载仅供个人、非商业使用。你须对保存和使用的内容负责，并遵守当地法律以及内容权利人的条款。我们不授权你绕过任何版权保护或批量抓取第三方服务。
4. 广告
免费使用时，应用可能展示广告。广告由 Google AdMob 及其中介合作方提供。详见隐私政策。
5. 免责声明
本网站及官方软件按「现状」提供。我们不保证其不中断、无错误，或兼容每一台设备，亦不保证某一曲目始终可搜或可下。
在法律允许的范围内，我们对间接损失的累计责任不超过你就 WaveKit 向我们支付的金额；若未支付，则为零。强制性消费者权利不受影响。

1. Acceptance
By using this website or installing official WaveKit (com.wavekit.player) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. The website and application are not for children under 13.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use an official client on devices you control and to browse this website. The WaveKit name, mark, and other brand elements remain ours or our licensors’.
You may not redistribute an unauthorized modification of the official software, or claim that a version we did not publish is covered by these Terms.
This version does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If store billing is added later, the store checkout page at that time will govern.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or application for illegal activity, attack or abuse the official mail addresses or website, or present WaveKit as the official client of any third-party platform.
Search, preview, and download are for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the content you save and use, and must follow local law and the rights of content owners. We do not authorize you to bypass copyright protection or to scrape third-party services in bulk.
4. Ads
When you use the app for free, it may show ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The website and official software are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that a given track will always be searchable or downloadable.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for indirect loss will not exceed what you paid us for WaveKit; if you paid nothing, that amount is zero. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
